Testing Is GO! Colin Queen Kicks Off 2024 GB3 Pre-Season Preparation

The time has finally arrived! This week marks the beginning of our pre-season testing for the 2024 GB3 Championship season with Fortec Motorsport.

I'm thrilled to finally be hitting the track to prepare for the year ahead. In my opinion, the series offers the best regional F3 package out there. The car is an absolute joy to drive, and our initial outings have been very promising.

With a new championship comes a host of new challenges both on and off the track. Throughout the off-season, I've been diligently working to tackle these challenges head-on. I've dedicated countless hours to physical conditioning, simulator training, and maintaining a strong mental state through mindfulness and meditation.

Pre-season testing is crucial for optimizing my performance when race weekends arrive. With limited track time available, every lap is invaluable, and both the team and I will be fully focused on the task at hand.

The 2024 GB3 Championship season consists of eight rounds, spanning across the UK and Europe. I'm particularly excited about racing at iconic Formula 1 venues such as Silverstone, Spa, Hungaroring, and Zandvoort, as well as other renowned British tracks like Oulton Park, Donington Park, and the season finale at Brands Hatch.

Ever since the end of my first GB3 outing at the end of last season, I couldn't wait any longer to get back in the car and continue to build on our momentum. Stay tuned for more updates leading up to our first race weekend!
